Kikiriya Terms and Conditions – Full Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions govern the kikiriya platform (kikiriya.net) governs all terms of use for the platform. By opening an account or using kikiriya, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

Kikiriya is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We believe in transparency and integrity. There are no hidden rules beyond what is stated in these terms. We strongly encourage you to read the full document before registering.

Opening an account on kikiriya is completely free. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. kikiriya reserves the right to close any account created using false information at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method will be flagged as duplicates.

• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or selling your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact kikiriya support immediately.

All kikiriya services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

If a minor's account is discovered, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded. Parents who share devices with children are encouraged to use parental control software.

Deposits on kikiriya can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.

A completed KYC verification is required to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Kikiriya may place a hold on withdrawals for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

Kikiriya offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are displayed at the time of claiming. It is your responsibility to read those terms before accepting any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to wager BDT 20,000.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once it expires, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• One at a time: In most cases, a new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Abuse: kikiriya reserves the right to close any account found to be abusing bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kikiriya and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts.
• Participating in organized schemes to abuse bonuses.
• Cheating, hacking, or attempting to defraud the platform.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.

You may close your account at any time by contacting kikiriya support. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account.

Kikiriya may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the account belongs to a minor.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 36 months).
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may apply to inactive accounts, but charges will stop once the balance reaches zero.

Kikiriya is committed to protecting your personal information. All data is stored using SSL encryption and is never sold or shared with any third party.

However, there are certain circumstances under which we may be required to share information:

• Upon direct instruction from legal authorities.
• Anti-money laundering investigations.
• At the request of the relevant licensing authority.

Kikiriya is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a fun form of entertainment — one that never becomes a problem.

Kikiriya offers the following benefits:

• Betting Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account breaks are available for periods ranging from 7 days to 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded of how long you have been playing after a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

Kikiriya will not be held liable under any circumstances for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• If you lose access to your password or account details due to your own negligence.
• Due to a fault in third-party software or hardware.

If a technical error causes an incorrect game result to be displayed, kikiriya reserves the right to determine the correct outcome. Any rewards issued in such cases may be voided or adjusted accordingly.

Kikiriya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you always have the option to close your account.
